PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Use your Order number as reference when making payment.

Files are sent out in zip format. If you do not have an app to unzip the files, please get one (alternatively, there is one free in our shop to download)

All orders are non refundable after being sent as our bundles are in pdf format and there is no way for us to ever get back the product once it has been sent to customers. Please ensure you order the correct bundle. Bundles will not be changed.

Please Note:

ALL additional material is sent via Wetransfer. This sometimes filters to your Junk or Spam folders. We usually send out monthly, so if you have not received by mid-month, please contact us and we will resend as Wetransfer only stores it online for download for max seven days. Be sure to check those folders regularly.

RE-DOING A GRADE... OR ROLLING OVER GRADE INTO NEW YEAR....

Should your grade bundle roll over into the new year, due to starting later in the year...or if you are re-doing a grade - please let us know as we will discontinue sending out regular material at the end of each grade year, if not notified thereof.
